Are you curious about CSS? Are you daunted by the idea of setting up a page just to see what “repeat-x” does?
W3Schools.com have the site you need! Try the “Try it yourself buttons” on the CSS Backgrounds page for example.
Ok,
I’m a huge fan of the Adobe Captivate Blog but having videos autoplay is really, really annoying! I do not want any sound on my laptop that I did not ask for or install. I have some whirrs and clicks and itunes running in the background (playing whatever middle eastern pop tune struck my fancy this week), but I DO NOT WANT to have a voice over from a tutorial (or worse, an ad) starting without notice.
Grrrrrr
Ok, … that said, check out the blog anyway. They know more about Captivate than damn near anyone and are a really good resource.
This is a really nice introduction to why smart objects are often a really, really good idea.
