If you have not seen The Deke (yes, capitalization is required) in action I strongly urge you to get his “deke pod” podcasts or deke.com. member-only videos.
However, if you want to know what I’m talking about without a lot of effort go to YouTube and search for “deke lab mode”
You should find “Don’t fear the LAB mode”.

I’ve been recording some video trainng sessions for one of my contract agencies and have found out exactly why most outtakes are just people going “u.. er.. oh, Duh”.
The wonderful people at Tech Republic have bloopers at the end of every video they do
