If you have not seen the Total Training site yet and would benefit from on-line or CD training, check this out. I have a subscription for the online videos and find them an easy way to brush up on topics quickly.
Unlike other online training that I’ve tried the people at TT really, really work at not being dull. They modulate their voices, keep the energy up, and yet manage to not sound like late night infomertials. I’ve done online training and know it can be a challenge to control the pace like that. Check it out if you need training and don’t have the time or patience for a class.

Here is an interesting website for creating color schemes for maps – it’s not something I need but it is an easy way to test drive color schemes that can be recreated in other graphics.
